About Big Dogz Mobile RV Service

We are Brandon and Heidi Zermeno, co-owners of Big Dogz Mobile RV Service. We travel the U.S. in our Brinkley RV with our two English Labradors. Our love of travel led us to take extended trips in our RV, exploring the country while Brandon worked remotely. Those experiences left us wanting more. So, in January 2026, we sold our house and all its contents, and in March 2026, we hit the road as full-time RVers.
Brandon worked as an IT Architect before deciding to leave the 8-to-5 desk job behind. He attended the National RV Training Academy (NRVTA) and became a Certified RV Technician and Certified RV Inspector.
