After struggling finding a competent service shop for our RV, I was very disappointed with what the dealerships were actually fielding for a service department. With my background of vehicle maintenance in the Army National Guard, I realized I could fill a void of mobile service technicians who actually cared about service. I get the most enjoyment out of educating RV owners as to why their problem happened and what they can do to prevent the issue from happening again.

Seen means somebody at Yellow Pages RV looked at the certificate and it appeared genuine. Stated means the business says they hold it and we have not seen it. Neither is a guarantee of the work, and plenty of good technicians hold no certificates at all.
