He built his skills the hard way — working the service bays at RV dealerships, running mobile repair routes, and spending years studying, training, and testing across every major RV system. That kind of experience doesn't come from a classroom. It comes from thousands of hours under the hood, on the roof, and inside the walls of real rigs with real problems.

That foundation earned him the RVTI Master Certification — the highest credential in the industry — along with manufacturer training across 20+ leading brands.
